In this role you will be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing and branding strategies to enhance our product’s brand, customer acquisition and retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a detailed multichannel marketing strategy for the company and its product (digital, PR, SMM, email marketing, content, events);
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy for the US and Western European markets;
- Manage the Marketing team;
- Develop re-engagement, retention and referral campaigns;
- Conduct effective budget planning based on KPIs and deep retrospective analysis of the spent budget.
- Successful product launch experience in IT;
- Experience in marketing and research in a relevant niche (mobile apps/digital products);
- An ability to balance strategic thinking with tangible outcomes on the ground – a thinker / doer;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
- Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
- Data-driven, a multi-tasker, able to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and result-oriented;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively develop creative, unconventional solutions where appropriate.
