In this role you will be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing and branding strategies to enhance our product’s brand, customer acquisition and retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a detailed multichannel marketing strategy for the company and its product (digital, PR, SMM, email marketing, content, events);
  • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy for the US and Western European markets;
  • Manage the Marketing team;
  • Develop re-engagement, retention and referral campaigns;
  • Conduct effective budget planning based on KPIs and deep retrospective analysis of the spent budget.


  • Successful product launch experience in IT;
  • Experience in marketing and research in a relevant niche (mobile apps/digital products);
  • An ability to balance strategic thinking with tangible outcomes on the ground – a thinker / doer;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
  • Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
  • Data-driven, a multi-tasker, able to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and result-oriented;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop creative, unconventional solutions where appropriate.
