At the moment we are looking for a motivated and organized customer support agent with advanced English level to join our team.
Job responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer requests via text-based channels (email, chat)
- Reporting customer feedback, issues, trends
- Keeping product and procedures documentation up-to-date
