The position:

  • You are a successful Assistant looking for your next challenge. You are someone who will be able to work cross functionally within an experienced team to drive the success of team work.
  • Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Staff records management in line with legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
  • Organizing general workflow (orders, work record books), incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls; office-management (keeping the office in order, ordering the consumables in due time (stationery, cartridges for printing devices, water, coffee and household goods);
  • Initial checking of Agreements to be in line with the Company’s policies (the Agreements’ Register);
  • Preparing the PRs/POs/reviewing vendors in SAP in accordance with the Company’s policies;
  • Providing timely support (with travel agency help) for employees during business trips: hotel/tickets/visa/transfer, etc.
  • Support for business guests for Belarus office's visit (visa, hotel, transfer, etc.);
  • Support for organizing marketing (Mkg) events: written communication, documents, booking the facility/ transfers, etc; preparing internal company's event;
  • Support in organizing Congresses, Group Inspections, etc. (visa, tickets, transfers, hotels, etc.);
  • local support of international company transformation project.

  • Requirements for the position of the Administrative Assistant:
  • University degree
  • Experience in a similar position or in a position of Office Manager or Marketing Assistant would be a plus
  • good English is mandatory (orally and in writing)
  • strong communication skills along with interpersonal, influencing and cross functional team skills will contribute to your success
  • Excellent skills of planning
