Hi everyone,

My name is Vanda. I am Head of Customer Support at RedTrack.io.

RedTrack.io is one of Affise’ products, which is online ads traffic tracking solution for affiliate market. RedTrack engineers has developed a platform that allows affiliate marketers tackle complex tracking and data in Internet Marketing domain.

And right now we are expanding the team and looking for Technical Support Specialist.

The main goal for our Support is to help people and we need a specialist who shares the idea. Broadly speaking, you treat every new person the way you treat your closest friend. Every single word and native speech in English blows your mind (but, you try to blow your mind with some new languages, though, to be honest, not successfully yet). You’ve got a strong order of thoughts in your mind, of stuff in a kitchen, of to-dos for a day/week/month. Here you are, you are the one for us! We are ready to conquer the world. Are you with us?

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our customers regarding the platform;

  • Resolve user related problems by providing guidance and expertise;

  • Desire to study and improve your skills;

  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution step;

  • Participation in providing training to customers as required.

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken);

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills;

  • Calm under pressure;

  • Patience;

  • Team player.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in support or account management (1+ year);

  • Experience or some knowledge in SaaS and digital marketing is a great plus;

  • s2s/postback/pixel integrations, affiliate networks and understanding of how it works is a great plus.
