GanttPRO team develops awesome software for project management based on dynamic Gantt charts. Our product is already appreciated by over 350k project managers around the world, including teams from Amazon, Deloitte, Vodafone, SalesForce, NASA и Shell and many other large and small businesses.

Right now, we’re expanding our Sales team. Therefore, we’re looking for an outgoing Sales Manager who will help us convert registered users into paying customers and grow customer database. The right candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and building a positive product image for potential buyers. Tasks and responsibilities:

Hold online demo presentations both in English and Russian.

  • Do paperwork for clients who prefer to pay via wire transfer.
  • Develop opportunities and convert leads within an existing customer base.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships; understand clients’ needs and resolve issues.

Must-have requirements:

  • Advanced English and Russian levels, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication in English & Russian.
  • Experience in business email correspondence.
  • 1+ working experience that involved direct communication with customers in English and Russian.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work closely with technical and marketing teams.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience in selling IT products or services.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements on the English and Russian speaking markets.
  • Experience with CRM, Linkedin, Marketing automation software and MS Office Applications.
