TravoLab - is a team of talented, result-focused and quality-oriented professionals.

We Are a French Company with offices in Paris, London and Minsk. Two IT development centers of the company are located in Minsk: “TravoLab” and game dev studio “TravoLab REPLAY”.

We are focused on the French market and long term client engagement (typical project is 1+ years).

Our goal is to give you a great opportunity to be a part of foreign team in real time, to participate in international projects of product companies, to travel to countries of our partners.

Travolab Minsk office is looking for a part-time Office Manager.

We would like you to:

  • Support general office needs, including administrative services, supply ordering, correspondence and distribution services, records retention and office reception;

  • Vendors coordination (from the search of appropriate vendor to interaction with accounting regarding closing documentation);

  • Control the quality of cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in offices;

  • Plan and implement ideas for office improvement, create functional areas;

  • Management assistance and personal tasks execution;

  • Organize conference calls with customers and management;

  • Support business travel arrangements;

  • Administrate staff documentation;

  • Organize, manage and coordinate events, prepare content and reports, engage our colleagues;

  • Lead internal and external communications (news announcements, events, support executive communications);

  • Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of administrative best practices;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Strong ability to multitask

  • Self-motivation and zeal;

  • Ability to make good relationships with staff and clients;

  • Proficient speaking and writing skills both in Russian and in English;

  • Strong computer skills;

  • 2+ relevant work experience
