Our services: Quality Assurance and Test automation, Mobile/Web apps development, VR/AR systems development, Data Science and AI.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the Minsk office. We are looking for someone who is ready to make an outsized impact. For someone who’s not just a great collaborator but enjoys working with the team and is willing to expand her/his career with the company on the rise.

You will:

  • Be the primary point of contact;

  • Build long-term relationships with customers;

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams;

  • Take responsibilities for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

On a daily basis you will deal with:

  • New hire requests;

  • New hires onboarding;

  • Customer feedback gathering;

  • Complaints and process improvements requests;

  • MSA, SOW initial signing and amendments;

  • Urgent tasks, emergency resolutions;

  • Monthly invoices and payment issues;

  • Discovering selling opportunities, creating and maintaining account plan for each customer;

  • Additional tasks assigned.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of working experience as Account Manager in any industry;

  • Degree in marketing/ management/business administration;

  • Experience in customer care (customer relationship management);

  • Strong communication skills;

  • English on high level (at least B2 level).
