Junior .NET Support Engineer 

Job Description


Our software solution is the highly secure virtual data room platform that allows users across the globe to confidently publish critical information in real time for due diligence and analytical purposes. The platform is a complex software solution and we have multiple teams working concurrently in US and East Europe that develop and test this product and support its operability in 24/7 mode. We practice Scrum and follow Agile ways of working. Job Content

Currently we are looking for a Junior .NET Support Engineer for our office in Minsk. It’s an amazing opportunity to adopt start-up mindset and to get an experience in a Financial area as well as enhancing your English level, by working with a globally well-known US customer. This is great a possibility to grow yourself into highly skilled developer with expertise in Back-end, Front-end and QA or DevOps. Team of skilled developers and QAs are also involved in this process, so you will have a change to learn from the best!

Support is organized on a way of mix of Tier-2/Tier-3 support activities that allow contributors to resolve hard cases with development and maintenance of the code.

We are following Agile way of working with 2 weeks Sprints, weekly refinements, sprint reviews and cadence of incremental delivery for multiple teams.

Way of working

  • Support team consists of two sub-teams – in Minsk and in United States

  • Support team covers 24/7 in 3 shifts and is responsible for handling Production issues and related communications; Night shifts for Minsk are covered by colleagues in United States

  • Team maintenance of support tools (for personal use) and root causing of bugs and issues; 

  • When it comes to development, Support Team follows Agile methodology 

Technologies and Tools used on the project 

Database: MS SQL Server

Back-end: ASP.NET Core WebAPI or ASP.NET MVC WebAPI

Frontend: Angular 7

Infrastructure: Data Centers and Azure Cloud

Unit Tests: MS Test  

Frameworks: Dapper, Auto-mapper

Task Management and collaboration tools: Azure DevOps, Confluence, Teams

Repository: Azure DevOps Git versioning control  

Build Server (CI/CD): Azure DevOps


  • Upper-intermediate English

  • Technical background

  • Ability to work full-time (8 hours)

Nice to have

  • Experience working as software developer or QA

  • Familiarity with Clean Code and Code Conventions (Naming, Structure) 

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
