We are looking for a talented and motivated Personal Assistant who will work with our London Team remotely from Minsk office.
- Full remote office management: organize the office layout, order stationery and equipment
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Full remote HR tasks: assist in the on boarding process for new hires, address employees’ queries regarding office management issues, communication with local recruitment agencies.
- Manage and communicate with the office cleaner
- Assist the Management with parties, conferences and events
- Manage flight tickets & hotel bookings
- Personal Assistant of the CEO.
- University degree
- 2 years’ experience in office management of international company
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy (advanced practice in MS Office (especially in Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationship with people at all levels.
