We are looking for a talented and motivated Personal Assistant who will work with our London Team remotely from Minsk office.

Key tasks:

  • Full remote office management: organize the office layout, order stationery and equipment
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Full remote HR tasks: assist in the on boarding process for new hires, address employees’ queries regarding office management issues, communication with local recruitment agencies.
  • Manage and communicate with the office cleaner
  • Assist the Management with parties, conferences and events
  • Manage flight tickets & hotel bookings
  • Personal Assistant of the CEO.

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 2 years’ experience in office management of international company
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer literacy (advanced practice in MS Office (especially in Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationship with people at all levels.
