Responsibilities:
  • To ensure all requests are dealt with accurately and they receive the appropriate service, attention and follow up
  • To find suitable solutions to meet customers needs depending on the possibilities available at the hotel
  • To carry out all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in/ check-out)
  • Respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities
  • Manage invoicing payments and cash operations during the day shift
  • Check the “room report” and keep housekeeping informed of any modifications
  • Process and input group enquiries and reservations
  • Ensure guest privacy and security, any confidential guest information is not disclosed and processes are aligned with Accor Standarts
Requiremnts:
  • Fluent in English
  • Clear speech with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high standard of personal presentation, a polite manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills, patience and tact
  • Accurate and able to pay attention to details
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in Opera is a priviledge
