Responsibilities:

• Materials planning for merchandise in securing optimum stock coverage and in handling relations with the suppliers. Close cooperation and communication with marketing and sales function for determination of future procurement needs
• Monthly planning of materials supply of products in accordance with company’s principles and procedures, which include:
• Previous month sales analysis, stock analysis
• Routine monitoring of inventory/sales situation, participation in the preparation of forecast for products
• Placing orders with suppliers
• Control of order’s fulfillments
• Providing short/long-term demand evolution, statistics
• Communication with marketing & local production rg. launch-relaunch activity, analysis of company’s performance vs. expectation; analysis of slowly moving goods, initiating meetings on their faster moving out
• Preparation of different reports

Requirements:

• Level: university degree, in the field of economics or logistics
• 1,5-2 year experience in supply chain/logistics
• Planning and analyzing in supply/demand is the advantage
• MS Office (Word, Excel)- advanced user
• SAP is the plus
• English - Advanced (oral, written)
