Responsibilities: - Support of yearly marketing plan preparation for the brands;
- Obtaining of all relevant market information concerning the brands (market shares, shares of voice, consumer attitudes, brand awareness/usage, competitors’ activities, etc…)
- Support of all necessary market research activities for the brands and the related projects, together with Market research agencies
- Support of representing the brands towards the Advertising Agency, implementing with them all necessary advertising actions:
- Implementation and control of individual media campaigns
- Preparation of Russian advertising material for the brand
- Development and production of the POS materials for the brands
- Communication with the headquarters (SBU), keeping up-to-date about brand developments and projects, and provide SBU with all necessary Russian data
- Project management (relaunches, new products) including making and controlling timings etc.
- Gathering and processing of all product related information (IDH codes, formulas, certificates etc.), managing of product samples for PR and trade purposes
- Artwork coordination for the Russian design versions (incl. packaging declaration translation)
- Control of the detailed planning (RSF, KP, E1, E2 on brand and product level) for brands
- Control of the price-cost structure of brands and its products, regularly controlling Retail Prices, Cost of Goods and Contribution Margins
- Invoice processing and controlling.
Requirements: - Degree in economic or marketing;
- Minimum working experience at a similar or trainee position is a plus;
- Advanced PC user
- English - fluent - is a must.
- Active, energy person, ready to learn; good communicator; team player;able to work under pressure;
