Responsibilities:

1.       Assist to department manager to deal with all the turnkey business and/or not turnkey project according the work assigned by company

2.       Management of turnkey and/or not turnkey projects by establishing the project team and implementing telecom network projects in Belarus

3.       Overall project management including client relationship and vendor management, and managing the project Schedule, Budget and Quality

4.       End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects meeting customer expectations of  Time, Quality and within Budget

5.       As the project lead, and in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, aggressively participate and contribute as a key person of the Regional PMO to provide project management consultation and training to junior staff members

6.       As the project lead, and in the capacity of Project Manager, work collaboratively with Account Manager and Marketing Manager to develop strategies and specific approaches to be able to identify sales opportunities during project implementation
