Responsibilities:

• Orders processing in SAP in accordance with customers’ conditions and pricelist prices
• Master data: maintenance and information to sales department
• Price list preparation and distribution
• Consignment stock control
• Communication with customers reg. orders, deliveries, payments, products e.t.c
• Communication with sales force reg. customer orders, payments, products, customer claims.
• Preparation of all necessary delivery documents, invoices
• Planning of orders deliveries based on stock, customer payments
• Customer claims processing. Communication with all involved departments reg. this topic.
• Issue of bonus credit notes
• Correct booking of statistic bonuses incl. split of SAP codes.
• Preparation and distribution to the customers all necessary documents (invoices, credit notes ets.)· Update of customer address book in Lotus Notes database

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work concentrated under pressure
• Analytical skills
• MS-Office: basic knowledge of all applications necessary
